For the formation and maintenance of this title, Melissa Group always focuses on the most important points that build confidence in the company's values. It is no coincidence that Melissa Group retains the title of the most reliable construction company every year due to its advantages, such as timely delivery of apartments, implementation of construction with high standards and quality, issuing an extract at the time of delivery to the apartments, gas supply, high-security measures, etc.

We also try to provide the concept of bringing happiness to hundreds of thousands of families in our vision with our corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.

Construction Company "Melissa Group", during its participation in the International Real Estate and Investment Fair at EXPO Center in 2017, without any commercial purpose, designed a stand dedicated to it with special decorations and messages, drawing attention to the protection of greenery as a whole. Each of the exhibitors was presented with educational and promotional booklets on the protection of greenery, drawn up under the slogan "The foundation of a healthy future depends on the green nature, integrated with the trees."

Continuing its social activities in this direction, Melissa Group implemented a social project called "I Love Greenery" in 2018. The basis of the project is "Eco Pens" with pine seeds inside. Each of the seeds in the pens, presented to the residents of Melissa Park residential complex and to the volunteers who want to plant trees, became the basis of a tree, giving life to nature.

Melissa Group's next Corporate Social Responsibility project is with SOS Children's Villages. In this place where children without parental care live, Melissa Group helped to create a warmer environment with the support of its customers.

In this charitable activity, Melissa Group emphasizes its intermediary role and thanks to the customers who bought apartments from Melissa Group on behalf of the children in SOS Children's Villages.

Thus, as Melissa Group, we fulfill part of bringing happiness of our vision with high values, both by providing our residents with a new apartment and by supporting children in need of care.
